I can no longer attend an event I've booked a ticket for – can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

I can no longer attend the event, can I get a refund?

We can offer refunds on all our events, if you notify us, as follows:

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer group discounts for all our events, with the exception of the Product Leaders Weekend. The discounts we offer are as follows; 10% off if you buy 4 - 8 tickets, and 15% off if you buy more than 8. To get the relevant codes, send an email to hello@makingjam.io.

Do you offer discounts for startups and non-profits?

Yes, we offer a 15% discount for all events which can be used in conjunction with the above group discounts. Send us an email to get the relevant codes.

Can I book my tickets via a purchase order / invoice / bank transfer?
