I can no longer attend an event I've booked a ticket for – can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

I can no longer attend the event, can I get a refund?
We can offer refunds on all our events, if you notify us, as follows:
- four months before the planned event date – 100% of the ticket price;
- two months before the planned event date – 50% of the ticket price;
- between one and two months before the planned event date – 25% of the ticket price;
- for any requests sent less than 30 days before the event date, we will regretably not be able to offer any refund.

Do you offer group discounts?
We offer group discounts for all our events, with the exception of the Product Leaders Weekend. The discounts we offer are as follows; 10% off if you buy 4 - 8 tickets, and 15% off if you buy more than 8. To get the relevant codes, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer discounts for startups and non-profits?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for all events which can be used in conjunction with the above group discounts. Send us an email to get the relevant codes.
Can I book my tickets via a purchase order / invoice / bank transfer?
Yes, please send an email to email@example.com citing:
- The event you're interested in
- The number and type of ticket(s) you wish to purchase
